Our vision

Foresight, vision, courage – the visual language of Swiss photographer Georg Gerster (1928-2018) is congenially echoed in the values of our company. We look far beyond industry horizons and bundle our expertise in the topics of real estate, digitalization, future trends and financial investments.

RheinMarken GmbH

With RheinMarken GmbH we are building a real estate portfolio in the German High Rhine region between Lörrach and Konstanz and managing it with a long-term perspective. Through sustainable developments, we generate added value for the environment, society and the economy in the southwestern region of Germany.

Our focus is on existing buildings, which we renovate during ongoing operations. Residential uses are supplemented by stores or gastronomy. This complements larger development projects such as the former brewery in a central location in Waldshut-Tiengen, our initial project with residential use that is now undergoing renovation. Parallel to the future-oriented repositioning of the property, we are focusing on appropriate target groups and usage content in order to develop an interesting place for tenants to live together. RheinMarken GmbH is thus also actively participating in urban development in the region.

We bring our vast expertise to bear and digitally relaunch real estate management from the very beginning. In addition to efficiency, high quality standards are the benchmark here. The tenant is the customer; the management of the real estate is optimized around him and his needs in a user-oriented and sustainable way.

With RheinMarken GmbH, we bring together many years of experience in the areas of real estate, digitalization, future trends and financial structuring in one company. The partnership between the market participants is crucial for the management, high common values flank the cooperation.

The two managing directors Birgit Rahn-Werner and Lutz Peters are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung (gif) and other organizations that focus on the professionalization of the real estate market.

Another shareholder of RheinMarken GmbH is Peter Rahn, Birgit Rahn-Werner’s partner. He is a full-time partner of the oldest Swiss private bank, Rahn+Bodmer Co., based in Zurich, Switzerland. RheinMarken is the continuation of the family office INDEVISE GROUP AG (www.indevisegroup.com). Under the umbrella of this group, Birgit Rahn-Werner and Peter Rahn bundle various direct and indirect investments, developments and advisory mandates.

Strong as a lion!

The active interweaving of uses and lifestyles in the new LöwenBau inspires a community of like-minded people – in the residential, office, restaurant and retail spaces.
